Papaz Bistro, the evolution of Coffee@Bunches, began as a small coffee shop in Bunches for Africa’s flower warehouse. Founded by Jaco and Cindy Fischer in 2002, Bunches for Africa specializes in the wholesale supply of fresh flowers to Western Cape retailers and sells flowers, gifts, and decorative items to the public.
In 2018, Coffee@Bunches was upgraded to Papaz Bistro, named after Cindy’s father, Manie Wright. Manie, who managed and cooked at the coffee shop from 2006 to 2020, now serves as the events chef, ensuring memorable and tasteful events.
The bistro’s decor blends past, present, and future, reflecting the family’s three-generation involvement. Our mission is to provide each customer with an exceptional experience through high-quality food, premium service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. At Papaz, you’re family.

My sisters baby shower Saturday April 30th was so special and memorable she loved every bit of it. The staff at Papaz Bistro really puts all their effort into every detail. The team added so many little extras to the decor to fit in with the baby shower theme, I really didn't imagine for it to look as beautiful as it did.
The food is excellent, the waiter staff are very friendly and helpful. The food, drinks and menu options for an event are also very well priced. You can also visit their coffee shop for a variety of really lovely well priced meals.

I booked the Garden for my sisters Bridal tea Saturday September the 3rd and it was so special and memorable. She loved every bit of it.
